話先說在前頭 , 筆者只是一個沒有禪那的凡夫 , 並沒有證到涅槃
會寫這篇只是做個紀錄 ,畢竟走了許多冤枉路 ,才在相關的經典上找到答案
有緣看到此篇的 ,如果您的因緣俱足 , 累積的菠蘿蜜足夠 , 或許能直接證到阿那含或阿羅漢
根據阿毗達摩紀載 , 藉由各種不同的禪定方法 :
十遍 、十不淨 、十隨念 、四梵住 、四無色 、一想 、一差別
分別可以得證四禪八定 (初禪、二禪、三禪、四禪、空無邊處定、識無邊處定、無所有處定、非想非非想處定)
藉由禪定的定力去做觀,不斷地觀自己的名色、前後世的名色、眾生的名色、眾生前後世的名色
在觀的過程中,觀智會不斷的成熟,可以一一證悟不同階段的智慧
最終十六觀智會一一成熟,而根據攝阿毗達摩義論中記載
觀智足夠的話在從非想非非想處定出定時將可以證得阿那含或是阿羅漢
以上所寫是經典上的修行次第
當然凡事都有例外
也有所謂的純觀行者並沒有去修定而是只修觀
據說也是有證果的

First and foremost, I must say that I am just an ordinary person without jhāna and have not attained Nibbāna.
I am writing this merely as a record since I walked many fruitless paths before finding answers in the relevant scriptures.
If you happen to come across this article and your conditions are ripe, with enough accumulated pāramī, you might be able to directly attain Anāgāmī or Arahantship.
According to the Abhidhamma, through various methods of meditation:
Ten kasina, ten asubha, ten anussati, four brahmavihāra, four arūpa, one saññā, one vavatthāna,
One can respectively attain the four rūpajjhāna and the eight samāpatti (first jhāna, second jhāna, third jhāna, fourth jhāna, Ākāsānañcāyatana, Viññāṇañcāyatana, Ākiñcaññāyatana, Nevasaññānāsaññāyatana).
Using the concentration from samādhi to practice vipassanā, constantly observing one's nāma-rūpa, nāma-rūpa in past and future lives, the nāma-rūpa of beings, and the nāma-rūpa of beings' past and future lives,
During this process of observation, the insight knowledge will continuously mature, allowing one to realize different stages of wisdom.
Ultimately, the sixteen insight knowledges will mature one by one, and according to the Paṭisambhidāmagga,
If the insight knowledge is sufficient, when one emerges from the Nevasaññānāsaññāyatana, one can attain Anāgāmī or Arahantship.
The above describes the sequence of practice according to the scriptures.
Of course, there are always exceptions.
There are also so-called pure vipassanā practitioners who do not practice concentration but only vipassanā.
It is said that they also attain fruition.
